The race closed with a 105.2 km circuit stage in the capital, Ankara, a flat day made for the sprinters. The breakaway of Tim Marsman, Eivind Broholt Fougner and Byron Munton was swept up inside the final two kilometres as the sprint trains took control. Team Flanders - Baloise delivered Tom Crabbe perfectly — the lead-out launched by Stefano Oldani — and the young Belgian surged clear in the final straight to take his third stage win of the week ahead of Jelle Vermoote (Tarteletto - Isorex) and Stanisław Aniołkowski (Cofidis). The win also secured Crabbe the points classification. Behind, race leader Sebastian Berwick had only one job — to finish safely in the bunch — and after a brief moment when Iván Sosa looked distanced early on, Caja Rural - Seguros RGA controlled the run-in to deliver Berwick the overall title.

Sebastian Berwick (Caja Rural - Seguros RGA) won the 2026 Presidential Cycling Tour of Türkiye, the biggest victory of his career, finishing five seconds clear of Iván Sosa (Equipo Kern Pharma) with Kamiel Bonneu (Solution Tech - NIPPO - Rali) third at +59s. Jordan Jegat and Nicolas Breuillard (both TotalEnergies) completed the top five. Berwick also took the mountains classification, Tom Crabbe won the points jersey with his three stage wins, and XDS Astana Team won the teams classification.
