Eline Jansen (VolkerWessels Cycling) won the closing stage in Jurançon from the day's 10-rider breakaway, crashing in the final kilometres but remounting to beat Léa Curinier (FDJ United-SUEZ), while Paula Blasi rode safely home to seal the overall.
The 114.4 km final stage from Nay to Jurançon gave the attackers one last chance, and a 10-rider breakaway went up the road and stayed clear of a peloton content to let the move go with the GC settled. Eline Jansen (VolkerWessels Cycling) was the strongest of the escapees, surging in the closing kilometres.
Jansen crashed on her own inside the final kilometre but remounted and still had enough to win the stage ahead of Léa Curinier (FDJ United-SUEZ). Behind, Paula Blasi shepherded her near-two-minute lead safely to the line to seal the overall victory — her final winning time 9h 02' 21", 1:57 ahead of teammate Dominika Włodarczyk and FDJ United-SUEZ's Juliette Berthet, who shared second and third on the same time.
With the breakaway no GC threat, the overall was unchanged: Paula Blasi (UAE Team ADQ) won the Tour Féminin des Pyrénées in 9h 02' 21", Dominika Włodarczyk (UAE Team ADQ) second at 1:57 and Juliette Berthet (FDJ United-SUEZ) third at the same time. Federica Venturelli (UAE Team ADQ) took the points classification and Blasi the climber's classification. Usoa Ostolaza was the best-placed roster rider at seventh overall, 3:57 down.
With the race already won on the Tourmalet, Blasi rode a controlled final stage from Nay to Jurançon, letting the 10-rider breakaway contest the win and bringing her lead home untouched. She sealed the overall by 1:57 and kept the climber's classification — a composed close to a dominant week.
