Paul Seixas won the queen stage Eibar circuit — 176.2 km, 3,800 m climbing, eight categorised climbs — beating Florian Lipowitz in a two-up sprint. Romo, Vauquelin and Izagirre +1:03/+1:11 in the chase. Seixas's third stage win of the week.
