Stage 7 is the first proper summit finish — 149km from Vall d'Alba to Aramón Valdelinares in the Sistema Ibérico mountains of Aragón. Cat-1 summit at 1700m altitude; first GC stress test of the race after a week of mixed terrain.

When to tune in
Watch the final 5km — Valdelinares gradients pick up steeply near the top. Solo attacks from 5-7km out are the canonical winning move.
