Stage 3 covers 152km from Kaposvár to Szekszárd in southwestern Hungary. The route leaves the Great Plain and enters the rolling Transdanubian hills; first hilly stage of the race. Multiple short climbs over the closing 50km set up a puncheur-friendly finale.
