Copenhagen Sprint Women
Copenhagen Sprint Women — Denmark's UCI Women's World Tour one-day race in its second edition. Held on Saturday June 13, 2026, the day before the men's race, with start in Roskilde and finish in central Copenhagen across Zealand. The route mirrors the men's design — flat-to-rolling Zealand terrain with a closing city-centre circuit built for sprinters and lead-out trains. Echelon risk on the exposed coastal section.

Copenhagen Sprint Women
The decisive pavé
Who to watch
Narratives to watch
- Second edition: After the 2025 debut, the women's Copenhagen Sprint is now an established part of the WWT calendar.
- Sprinter-targeted: One of the rare WWT one-day races built explicitly for the pure sprinters — clean positioning into the final 3km is the headline tactical theme.
- Crosswind risk: Zealand's exposed coastal roads between Roskilde and Copenhagen frequently produce echelons that can split the field before the final circuit.
- Season midpoint: Coming between the Giro d'Italia Women and the Tour de France Femmes, the race is a barometer for which sprinters have race-day legs for the summer block.
Form book & lore
First held in 2025 as part of the inaugural Copenhagen Sprint weekend, alongside the men's race. The event was conceived in 2023 to give Denmark a women's WorldTour fixture and round out the men's Copenhagen Sprint launch.
